Welcome to Delightfully Crafted. Here at Delightfully Crafted we hand make all of our products out of eco-friendly and sustainable products. We only use natural soy wax in our candles and melts, which are beautifully decorated with natural botanicals, and beautifully wrapped and packaged in biodegradable and recyclable packaging.

The Way It Should Be
Delightfully Crafted is a business that I work so hard on everyday. Hello my name is Hannah (waves) and this is my little business. I started this as a little project whilst I was on Maternity leave from my hectic career in the NHS, I discovered wax melts and candles and found a passion in making these.
As there are alot of businesses at the moment with this in mind, I strive to remain unique. I use only top quality soy wax which is sustainable and eco friendly and luxury fragrances along with essential oils. To make our melts even more eco friendly I decided to ditch the glitters and I decorate them with beautiful botanicals, biodegradable glitter, herbs, spices, flowers and petals, even gemstones and gold, silver and rose gold leaf, and I can honestly say they are beautiful.
I am proud to say that all of our packaging is recyclable, compostable or reusable, and that we are fully CLP compliant.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
If in the unfortunate event, you are wanting to return any goods to us, please contact us and we will direct you with the information on how to do so. We can accept returns back to us as long as you tell us within 14 days of the delivery, and then you will need to send your items back to us in a 100% resalable condition. Once we have received goods we will then proceed to issue a refund upon inspection. It can take up to 14 working days for the refund to be issued.... however we have 100% confidence that you will just love our products :)
